Name: Julio Garcia
I was born on April 22, that is, I am of the Taurus sign and the memories for Music have always been present, with special pleasure the Music of Chopin and Raphael.
Having the Radio tuned to different Stations every day was what gave me the opportunity to Meet and Learn from Artists, Styles and Musical Genres.

I still remember a High School party where I had the opportunity for the first time to have contact with a Light and Sound team and of course with a DJ.
With them I began to work as one more member of the Sound and it was after almost 3 months that I managed to become the "assistant" of the DJ because believe me, nobody could come and play just like that the Equipment that the DJ used, I mean to the Amplifiers, Equalizers, Turntables, boxes of Records "vinyls" and the cables. And I think that's why even today I maintain the belief that saying you're a DJ isn't just because you splice, mix or join two songs. no sir that is very easy to do being a DJ has too many responsibilities and also they have to polish and also create qualities to be a True DJ.

And it was during one of the many Parties where I was given my first great opportunity as the "assistant" to the DJ and it was because the DJ that I was attending wanted to go dancing with a beautiful girl and asked me to be the one to "drop "The theme that he wanted to dance with her, so after instructing me with the theme that I would put on and at what moment I should do it. He went to take his place near the girl and at her signal I would "release" the song, obviously I was more than trembling with nerves and emotion and it was just at her signal that one by Maestro José José began... Pillow that was the first Theme that I "released" as a DJ.

When I realized that he nodded my "great job" and along with many more attendees they were filling the dance floor. I felt a relief and pleasure that since then is what I look for when each piece of music goes to the track of the Event in which I am at that moment, that they like and feel trapped to enjoy it.

Wooow what memories, after that I lived a stage where the parties every weekend were much more common, I talk about playing at Quinceañeras and Weddings mostly in a place that at that time was a very important one, since they were the Salons of Presidential Guards that were located on the Calzada de Tlalpan in Mexico City D.F. ( CDMX ) It was at those parties where I acquired a background, experience and above all a lot of respect for this taste that was becoming more and more a Trade, a Career that every time I was given the opportunity to be at a party, I grew. my pleasure until it became my Passion.

Then came the years of playing in Discotheques, Bars, Restaurants, Dance Halls and Nightclubs, in those places I was able to develop creativity and of course sharpen that feeling that I consider so important to be a DJ, sure that every night and every place has its own atmosphere, their own style and of course... their own essence.

I had the opportunity to get to know different nightlife environments that undoubtedly shape you, elevate you and... also crash you, and that is undoubtedly the best school. Working in bars and clubs in a Zona Rosa of the time that was surely very particular for me due to its elitism, it was where, in addition to knowing many and very different places, I was able to meet more people who, like me, also enjoyed learning.

And if we talk about learning, it was working in one of the many places in the Zona Rosa in CDMX where I was able to meet in person many personalities from the entertainment, communication and entertainment media. One of them without a doubt was when I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Mr. Francisco "Paco" Stanley, whom I thank for his advice when it comes to picking up a microphone.

Many people have asked me about my "nickname" what does it mean, etc. and that story... because it has one that started one night after working in one of the many places in the Zona Rosa CDMX, when we went to have dinner, have a few drinks and share with colleagues from the middle and it was very peculiar because they could see For example, in one section, a group of waiters, another with bartenders, doormen, security elements, managers and of course the DJs.

This place was the Bar Marsella and it was in that place where one night in the middle of fellow DJ's someone asked me about something... and I remember that they told me that it seemed that I was speaking in front of a classroom, that Everyone was listening to me attentively and I had even stood up to speak, so it occurred to someone to compare me with Mr. Bitaliz, who is a cartoon and this character was always giving advice. That's how I earned my nickname: DJ BITALIZ.

I appreciate that you have come here today and later you will know more about who BITALIZ DJ is
